01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use PanelPrep.

02What PanelPrep is

• PanelPrep is an AI-simulated practice tool. The interview panel is generated by AI — the panelists are not real officials or interviewers.
• PanelPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to SBI, IBPS, RBI, NABARD or any other bank or recruiting body.

03No guarantee of results

Scores, notes, model answers and mentor advice are practice guidance only. They may contain mistakes, and they do not predict or guarantee selection in any exam or interview.

04Acceptable use

• One account per person. Keep your login details private.
• Do not use bots, scripts or other automation to access the service, and do not resell, share or redistribute access or content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service, or upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

05Pricing

PanelPrep is free during the beta. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; we will give you notice before any charges apply, and nothing will be charged without your consent.

06Intellectual property

The PanelPrep service, design, question bank and software belong to us. You keep ownership of your own content — your answers, resume and notes — and give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.

07Termination

You can stop using PanelPrep and delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
